Business Development Manager
• Grow revenue of temporary staffing division by strategically positioning our services at all decision-making levels
• Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers in Accounting, Finance and Human Resources
• Secure new accounts and expand upon an existing book of business
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to understand staffing needs and recommend temporary & permanent staffing solutions
• Effectively follow-up with prospects to develop business
• Work with staffing/recruiting team to ensure superior staffing service to clients

• Identify, develop and manage client business/relationships in a competitive environment. This involves canvassing and cold calling and can be with businesses of all sizes from global multinationals down to rapidly growing SMEs
• Negotiate mutually beneficial terms for each campaign or a broader preferred supplier agreement
• Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment and advise on suitable methods to ensure timely delivery
• Significant networking to attract new candidates
• Offer consultative resume and interview advice to candidates
• Source suitable candidates (either from the database, headhunting or specific advertising campaigns) and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client
• Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage and beyond

Program Director
• Responsible for the management and business development of service offerings to Bartech clients within a particular vertical, with a focus on client relationship development, program expansion and cross selling
• Help grow Bartech business by participating in presentations to potential clients as well as providing assistance to the Business Development team as needed
• Responsible for establishing and setting the practice strategy within the assigned vertical, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery to Bartech’s clients
• Ensure ultimate Managed Services Program delivery for all programs within the vertical by leveraging best practices and producing a consistent service delivery model within the practice
• Lead, challenge and inspire a team of Program Managers Directors within a particular vertical promoting internal talent retention and development
• Serve as a senior representative and an escalation point and maintain appropriate focus and pressure to proactively diagnose, escalate, delegate, and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Provides a level of management that better manages practice verticals through consistency in strategic plotting and mapping
• Work with program leads to create and deliver dynamic quarterly business reviews with a focus on market data and strategic oversight
• Serve as part of the Client Relationship Management leadership team
